Security
We are very sensitive to your concerns regarding the security of using your credit cards to purchase products over the Internet. Safeguarding your privacy and confidentiality is of the utmost importance to us. Our site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which encrypts your data while it is being transferred over the Internet. This makes it very difficult for someone to steal your credit card information. We also use the latest encryption technologies to protect the security of your credit card and password information while we are processing your order.
How to Shop
- When you find an item you want to buy, just click on the Add to Cart button. It will automatically be placed in your shopping cart.
- To remove an item from your shopping cart, simply click on the 'remove' check box for all items you want deleted from your cart.
- To change the quantity you wish to purchase, enter the number you want to purchase in the Quantity box and click on the 'update' button.
- When you have all of the products you want to purchase in your shopping cart, simply click on the Checkout button to update your order and continue through the checkout process, or click on Continue Shopping to browse for more items.
- When checking out, you will be asked to provide billing and shipping address information in order to complete the purchase.
- Important Note: The address information you provide for the Billing Address MUST exactly match the billing address on your credit card statement. Inaccurate address information may delay the shipment of your order.
How to Pay
The Carolina Pad Store accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.
If you use your debit card to pay for your order, please keep in mind that items are billed when order placed and funds must be available in your account at that time.
The charge for your order will appear on your credit card bill as “Carolina Pad”
Carolina Pad Shipping Policy
At this time, Carolina Pad’s online store is thrilled to
ship to any and all locations within the Continental United States (US). At
this time, we are unavailable to ship to Canada or any international
destinations. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based
upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected, and your
shipment destination.
Flat Rate Shipping
We’re excited to offer flat-rate shipping for $10.00 for
qualifying orders of any dollar amount. For a flat-rate of $10.00 your order
will be shipped FedEx Ground.
Free Shipping
We proudly offer free shipping on orders totaling $50+ after
applicable discounts and before shipping, handling and taxes are added.
Orders
Any
and all orders placed by 2 p.m. EST will be processed
the same business day. Any and all orders placed after 2 p.m. EST will
be processed
the following business day. Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business
days of order processing and you will receive shipment confirmation and
tracking number via email when order(s) ship(s).

Order Confirmation Number
Upon completing your order you will receive an order confirmation number. Please save your order confirmation number and refer to it if you need to contact a Customer Service Representative.
Processing an Order
Your order of in stock merchandise will generally arrive in 7 to 10 days, unless you have selected RUSH delivery. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days and you will be given the option to cancel your order. Orders received over the weekend and on holidays will be processed the following business day.
If you find that you have made an incorrect order, please notify us immediately by sending an e-mail to shop[at]carolinapad[dot]com if your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However, if the product has already been shipped, we will be unable to change any portion of your order.

Returns and Exchanges
The Carolina Pad Web has a NO REFUND/NO EXCHANGE policy. Refunds or exchanges are allowed only if you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise. Please return the product within 30 days of receipt following the Return/Exchange Instructions below. We will gladly replace the merchandise without additional charge, or provide you with a full refund. Absolutely no COD returns will be accepted.
Return/Exchange Instructions
Please provide us with the following information:
- Your mailing address
- Your phone number
- Order confirmation number
- What you are returning and why
- How you would like us to handle your return or exchange
Please mail the package to the address below. We highly recommend that the items be returned to us using a mail service which provides tracking or insurance.
Once your return has been received by us, we will credit your credit card accordingly.
